The room matched all expectations: AC, hot water, TV, a working desk, and comfy beds were all present and functioned well; the location was great, the price was very reasonable, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The service was terrible; the staff couldn’t communicate properly and didn’t even know what a booking manager was called, so they’re cheaters and I wouldn’t recommend them.
