Holiday Inn Kunming City Centre by IHG

It was a nice stay. Some reception staff were very nice and helpful, yet others were quite impolite and impatient.

“Great place to stay in Kunming”

Front desk staff upgraded my room, which now includes a living room and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and there is a powder room near the door. Facilities and amenities are excellent, and there is free laundry on the first floor with 3 washers and 3 dryers; liquid detergent is also provided. The location is central, with shops and restaurants nearby. Free bottled water is replenished daily, and the room is cleaned every day. No complaints.

“Hotel op loopafstand van stadscentrum.”

Good, wide breakfast buffet, quick perfect room cleaning, within walking distance to the city center, and a huge luxury shopping mall nearby with many restaurants. No cozy lobby area.

Central location, close to railway station and not too far from airport. Bed was very comfy and they had firm pillows. The room is carpeted and it looks old and slightly dirty, they should remove the carpet
