Everything! The place is gorgeous, unique, creative, bright, friendly, and welcoming. I felt truly at ease there. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, friendly, and they actually spoke English. The location is perfect—beach, plaza, cafés, bars, markets… everything is just a stone’s throw away, and parking is still available.

The location is great! However, it claims to have a gym and massage, but it doesn’t, and the beds are uncomfortable.

The property is interesting with huge potential. My room was on the ground floor and, despite being described as a “suite,” it was a very small space with only a king‑size bed and minimal extra room. Privacy was a major issue: the bed sat about two feet from a large tinted glass door/window overlooking a pathway constantly used by guests, hotel staff, maintenance personnel, and others. Even with the tint, people could see through it, especially when they were close. The constant flow of people in front of the window made it hard to relax or feel comfortable. The hotel seemed unfinished; the room next to mine was being used as a storage area for tools and maintenance equipment, causing regular activity and disturbance. Overall, the room did not offer the privacy, comfort, or tranquility expected from a suite.

The garden, the room, and especially the rooftop pool were lovely. The beds were quite high and lacked safety rails, so our daughter fell out of the bed twice onto the stone floor.
