The spot was decent, and the rooms were roomy, with staff who were friendly. However, there was constant dust in the room—everywhere—and the floor had dust that hadn’t been vacuumed for a while, probably because of ongoing construction.

I attended an event there and was lucky enough to stay at the hotel, and the staff were super friendly and helpful with every need. The only downside was that the AC was set too high, so I had to step outside to cool down—just my quirk, I guess.

The location was nice and the hotel was clean, but breakfast wasn’t included even though the stay was pricey. Parking valet cost more than $60 for one night, and the shop sold S. Pellegrino water bottles for $8 each, which felt absurd. The hotel is good and well‑located, but the price‑to‑quality ratio is poor.

The hotel and staff were very nice, the room was great, and the staff were very accommodating. I have no complaints.
