“Luxury stay in Zermatt”

family run hotel and very friendly staff , fully renovated luxury bathroom Is in a quieter section of Zermatt , with Free pickup from Zermatt railway station Excellent breakfast with plenty of fresh food and gluten free options , Lidia made very good coffee for us Had dinner every night and food was excellent , didnt charge for tap water and had gluten free bread Even though we had been to Zermatt multiple times over decades , Katrin at front desk was able to give us up to date recommendations for our daily walks. Not directly related to hotel , but whole of Zermatt is a construction site at the moment , we counted 15 cranes , and there is noise from demoltion and helicopters deliverying materials , Did not affect us much as we were out for most of day , but not good if you were going to stay mainly at hotel

“Europe Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations”

From our room we could see the Matterhorn, which was amazing. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, even picking us up from the station when we arrived late. Everything was great.

“A perfect stay in a wonderful hotel.”

This is one of the most thoughtfully designed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room layout and design paid close attention to detail, and the view of the Matterhorn from the bed was spectacular. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and extensive, with fruit and vegetables that tasted great and seemed endless. Having an electric teakettle in the room was a nice touch.

The hotel felt divine, the location was fabulous, and the rooms, views, and staff were exceptional—nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.
