“Pleasant but spoilt by smoking in restaurant”

We were really looking forward to a relaxing family break, and the hotel's remote setting with stunning views of the hills was just what we needed. The pool was a highlight, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. However, our stay was ruined when we discovered that the restaurant allowed smoking, and the smell of cigarette smoke clung to our clothes, hair, and skin for hours after we left.

Everything about this hotel was perfect - the location, the staff, the food, the atmosphere. it was all just right. The ladies at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served up delicious meals with a great selection of options. We felt like we were in a little slice of heaven, and the hotel's family-friendly vibe made it feel like the perfect place for a relaxing break.
