I stayed at Prakrathi Residency for four days and met Mr. Sachin and Mr. Sarath. The location is excellent—just a 10‑minute two‑wheeler ride to my office. Food is fine too, with Udupi Upahar right next to the property. I’d suggest a bathroom renovation and better toiletries. Also, a cupboard or almirah for clothes would be a basic expectation at the ₹1,753 room rate.

A great place to stay! Spotlessly clean, in a superb location, and the customer service was fantastic. Check‑in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were helpful and professional. The room had a comfortable bed and a great hot shower. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. The only drawback is the lack of a swimming pool and an in‑house restaurant.

We enjoyed a wonderful family stay here. The kids loved the rooms, and the on‑site Udupi restaurant next door served fantastic meals. The staff were always attentive and went out of their way to meet our needs. Great value for money and a true example of excellent hospitality. The only downside is the absence of a swimming pool.

Nothing positive to note! The hotel is completely misrepresented in its ad and listing. We are long‑term users of the brand and have stayed in Europe and Australia, but this time in India it was a mistake. The hotel sits in a busy, untidy neighbourhood. The room was gloomy, with unclean sheets and pillows. The room size and nearby facilities were misrepresented, and my elderly parents struggled with the cramped bathroom that had no hot water. We paid 3100 INR at check‑in and cancelled immediately after seeing the room’s condition. No refund or apology was received. Beware of fake reviews before booking.
