I was initially impressed with the spacious room, but things quickly went downhill. The breakfast options were limited and not up to par for a 5-star hotel. The macarons were a gift, but I was worried about losing a tooth because they contained concassed nuts. The shower curtain was torn, the pool's edge was coming loose, and the towels were in poor condition. The gym's machines were not connected, and some of them didn't even work.

“Pas mal”

I was surprised and a bit upset when I arrived at the hotel and found out that I wasn't given a room with a city view, despite specifically requesting one when I booked. Unfortunately, the view I got wasn't professionally done, which was a letdown.

After a long 7-hour drive, I was looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay at this hotel. However, things started to go wrong from the moment I arrived. The staff seemed unhelpful and uncooperative, and when I tried to check in, they told me that the hotel was fully booked despite my confirmed reservation. It wasn't until I insisted that they finally found my reservation and allowed me to check in.

I was initially impressed by the spacious room, but unfortunately, it lacked basic amenities such as toiletries and a water glass for my toothbrush. The check-in process was painfully slow, with an excessive amount of paperwork to fill out. The room wasn't ready until 3 pm, and upon entering, I found it dusty. The breakfast buffet was a disaster, with a lack of essentials like a toaster and orange juice, and the coffee was unpalatable.
