The location is in the Wat Indra area, a bit crowded at night, but the room was better than expected—new, clean, cool air conditioning, and the staff were welcoming. The location is a little off, but it’s not a problem.

The bed was good, the kitchen was wonderful with a microwave and breakfast supplies, and the staff were available for technical help; the initial reception was rude but became more human the next day, and management is attentive to comfort. The room was small, the shower water didn’t flow well, and there were noisy guests at night—something you can’t change.

The place is fairly well located, breakfast porridge and free snacks are offered, the kitchenette is accessible, you can leave bags at reception, and you can change rooms if the front side is too noisy near the street. The bed is extremely hard, like just a big slat without a mattress, making it impossible to sleep without back pain—you literally slept on a board. There’s no sound insulation from the street (earplugs aren’t provided), and when you sleep in the back of the building the window faces the corridor, so you can’t see outside light.

The place was cheap, simple, and in a nice spot. Breakfast had interesting snacks and free fruit. The only downside was a pipe in the ceiling that rattled whenever someone in another room used the toilet, but it wasn’t a big deal.
