The housekeeping staff were friendly, but we ran into a problem with the room setup. When booking we chose the option for separate beds, yet the room arrived with two single beds and the front desk told us, “just move them, we only have separate beds.” There was no mention that this was a kids’ camp. After 23.00 the entrance doors lock, and we weren’t warned about that either. Calling reception to unlock can go unanswered, and if they do respond, they’ll open it reluctantly, only then revealing that the entrance is closed after 23.00.

The hotel is still in need of renovation, and the breakfasts are just “masterpieces” – boiled, fried, and steamed eggs to choose from.

“Все сподобалось”

We stayed in February 2024 and left satisfied. The room was standard, the staff very pleasant, and the breakfasts were tasty and filling. It was convenient that a shop was nearby – we could walk for a few minutes to a 7‑eleven. Everything pleased us.

The people were very pleasant and hospitable. We were supposed to check out by 12, we were a bit late, yet nobody made a comment. For the price it’s a great option – highly recommend.
