I was pleasantly surprised by the good service, even though the location was still under renovation.

The hotel was clean, the restaurant service was good, and the food was very tasty. The lack of air conditioning wasn’t a huge issue, but the bathroom felt a bit small, especially for taller guests, making it somewhat hard to reach everything.

The location was close to the city centre. The music from the celebration in the restaurant was loud, and when I asked about a room on higher floors away from the party, I was told they didn’t have any.

The room was shabby, the staff were almost absent, and there was a serious lack of air conditioning. Loud music blasted from the adjacent hall showed a clear disregard for guests – overall a terrible experience.
