We spent a week in Vienna for a conference and booked Hotel Karol in the city centre. From the instant we checked in, the staff greeted us warmly and delivered outstanding service with genuine care. Every request was met with personal attention, a smile, and a willingness to help. We left convinced the hotel deserves the highest rating and felt deeply grateful for the people who made our stay so pleasant and memorable. A special thank you to Peter, the hotel manager, who handled all our requests and made us feel we were in the best hands. “A comfortable, apartment-like stay in a great location”

The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment‑style setup was a big plus and made it feel like coming home after a long day, in the best possible way. The location in the Prater area was also excellent, with a nice atmosphere and an easy, pleasant walk into the Inner City. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only small issue was a cleanliness mishap when we arrived, but the staff handled it very quickly, apologized sincerely, and even left some sweets and a thoughtful apology note, so it was resolved very well.

The room was exceptionally clean. However, there was no service at all – no room cleaning, no replenishment of items such as paper towels, no televisions in the rooms, and the breakfast was not good. It does not justify the price.

Everything, and the property also has a church inside. There was no TV, but as a tourist I would not have used it.
