The staff were friendly and the location was close to Bairro Alto pubs, but the room was infested with bedbugs the size of cockroaches, giving me almost 12 bites in an hour of sleep; I spent the rest of the night sitting in the chair, and unlike previous stays, this was a nightmare.

The staff were helpful, especially Gabriel Silva who was very friendly. However, there was no kettle for hot water and no storage facilities such as a fridge or cupboards.

The location and value were good, but the room was hot and had no air conditioning, the shower didn't heat up, and there was no elevator.
