The location is good, but when we got there the front desk was swarming with mosquitoes. They never mentioned that parking was an extra charge that would be added later. They changed the price – you book a certain amount and they end up charging more. Breakfast isn’t included in the rate.

The location is fine, yet the hotel feels old and the pool is completely neglected; the photos they post online are far from reality. The worst part is the staff – generally unfriendly and almost indifferent. It was very unpleasant to see the person who looked like the manager waiting for breakfast to finish before he could eat, while the other employees already had food in the oven. Overall, a very mediocre experience.
