I liked the location and the friendly vibe, but every time I needed a towel or pillow I had to call for them again and again, and that was frustrating.

The breakfast was excellent, with many options that were beautifully presented, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help; the room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated that there were no bats like last time, which had ruined my previous stay. Still, I wish there was a rowing machine in the gym, and the food takes too long to arrive; a quicker service would be great.

The facilities were good, but the filter coffee was too strong; capsules would be better, and the windows in the rooms are too small, making the space feel claustrophobic.

I travel frequently to Pointe-Noire, and The Doubletree by Hilton is my go‑to; this time I brought my sister, niece, and mother, and I loved the atmosphere— the staff were excellent, super friendly, professional, and the environment was energetic; I especially want to thank M. Kevin Angongo for his outstanding service, Marise at reception, Vivian at the restaurant, Dimitri at the pool/bar, Aristote and Willy, Fortuné for his assistance, and Gerard for the driving service; I highly recommend this hotel for business trips or vacations.
