The hotel is very nice with a good connection to the motorway, and for us everything was absolutely perfect.

The location is close to the highway and the food is excellent, but the beds were soft and the room temperature was high at the end of September.

The hotel and its location were fine, yet the basement room faced the highway and the parking lot, was noisy, and the headlights illuminated the room. There was no privacy from the parking lot, the window was dirty, and the window frame had scorch marks. We had stayed in the Flax four times before, but never received a room like this. We had paid for something different and did not receive it.
