How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent with easy access to JR Otsuka station—just a comfortable 5‑minute walk. The property is spacious and overall comfortable, and they provide a washing machine. The bed feels a bit soft, there's no place to hang clothes after washing, and occasionally cigarette butts appear in the stairwell outside.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and many food stalls—fast food, 7E, Family Mart, and Lawson are nearby. For someone with knee or leg issues, the floor bed can be a bit hard to get up from; a mattress bed would be preferable. Overall, it's not bad—just okay.

The area and location are very good, and the host responded quickly. The room is a bit dark and somewhat creepy, suitable mainly for two people; we used it for one adult and three kids, so it felt a little tight.

The room was large and clean, but I wished there was a TV.

The price is reasonable, but there is no drying rack for clothes and no wardrobe.
