No positives, but the service was terrible: no coffee, no breakfast, and the owners were rude—will never return.

not much. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Broken furniture in room. 2 queen beds of different heights and sizes. Glass rings on counter. Screen falling off the window, heater is coming away from the wall. Closet doors removed, and a random club chair just place in side next to a broken table. Tub is just disgusting, all marked up, points for a nice new shower rod and curtain. Front desk staff were swearing at guests on the phone at check-in. There isn't even a proper check in counter. rolling table and a mismatched side desk! I can't even believe the place hasn't been closed down! Breakfast room, which we refused to use. dirty, disgusting and ick! How the hell is this place still open? Mismatched furnishings, dirty lobby floors, I mean really dirty. The coffee machine right next to the laundry room! What??? Horrid. I think they take subsidized welfare cases, judging by the type of people we encountered. We would have moved to another hotel, but nothing was available in the near vicinity! I was scared our room was going to be broken into during the night. It was 50/50 weather our car was going to be there in the morning, although we do have an alarm. Now I know Red Lion is not top of the chain, but I have staying at much better ones, I would normally compare these hotels to Best Western. but not this one!

The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly, but the hallways had an odor and the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

The front desk person confirmed the room was cleaned, yet the room itself felt like a storage closet turned into a room—clean but cramped. The queen bed was distorted and heavily worn in the middle, and the bathroom door hit the bed when opened. There was no dresser, and an extra breakfast room table and chair with a microwave were added and called good. We stayed because the listing promised a wonderful breakfast, but there was literally no breakfast—just bread and a toaster in the large “breakfast room.” All the doors slammed shut even in the middle of the night. I understand the price, but I was not satisfied with what the description promised.

I didn’t stay there, but crack kids were outside the building. They took my four hundred dollars and I got no refund, dealing with booking dot com or them—no help.
