“It was OK...no big issues...service was just not great...”
The hotel property was great, yet the service at both restaurants was only average at best, especially in the smaller one.

Everything was great—breakfast was delicious, the restaurant menu was solid, the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind, and the pillows in the room were excellent. I needed to reach the train station quickly; there’s a bus stop right across from the hotel, but when I went there the bus was already full, so I had to take a taxi. The bus arrived late and no one else could get on, wasting time. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but the location can be a bit tricky when you need to get somewhere fast.

The beautiful look was evident right at the reception, and the room was ready on time—delightful. The road noise was a downside.

The hotel has an indoor parking lot; if you have a car, the location is great, just 10 minutes from Venice. It’s close to the highway, so road noise and a stale smell in the rooms (probably from the AC) can be an issue.

Close to Venice, the rooms were good. There was no Wi‑Fi unless you register on the Hilton site, and the breakfast lacked vegetables.
