The building is architecturally stunning and has been refurbished to a wonderfully high standard inside, with every care taken so the rooms contain EVERYTHING you might need, from a steamer for clothes to a well stocked honesty bar. Still, this property is one of a kind, and I stay at a lot of different places of many different standards.

The location is quiet, the furnishings are beautiful and everything is equipped to an exceptionally high standard, the breakfast is freshly prepared and the host is lovely, with an attention to detail that makes for an exceptional stay. There is nothing at all to dislike.

The room is lovely, with one of the most comfortable beds, and the rural location is very quiet. The only drawback is that it is hard to find.
