The bed was comfortable and the concierge staff did their best to accommodate a family outing booking. But there was no air conditioning—room temperature hit 29°, taxis had trouble locating the hotel even with the Chinese name, breakfast wasn’t as good as in Chongqing, and they couldn’t arrange any tours with pickup from the hotel.

The location is very good, close to the Terracotta Army and offering a spectacular view. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped. Breakfast was very nice, with a variety of selections and good quality. The staff were pleasant and eager to help in any way possible. Overall, I recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone wanting a worry‑free visit to the city. Special thanks to the night‑shift worker on 09‑02‑2026, who I believe is named Brian, for his decisive help in retrieving my lost cell phone—an employee every company should have. I also appreciate the entire team, including the morning‑shift worker on 10‑02‑2026 and the front desk ladies, for trying to make our stay perfect. Everything was good.
