“Magnifique.”
A stunning house just a stone's throw from the lock, with an extraordinary breakfast and the host’s lovely attentions; we highly recommend this little haven of peace. Nothing to complain about.

The host’s kindness, warm welcome, thoughtfulness, generosity, and the setting itself let us unwind after a lovely day cycling along the canal. We enjoyed a remarkable breakfast made entirely of local, organic products—a rarity for this type of place. Thanks again, Catherine, for that wonderful experience, and see you soon! Absolutely nothing to improve; everything was perfect.

The welcome was excellent, with an exchange beyond a typical B&B; we would not be surprised to stay here again. The place was very quiet.

The location on the canal was beautiful, quiet, and close to Carhaix Plouguer. Overnight bike storage was available, and the climb up the hill to the town the next morning along the old rail line was relatively easy. The owner did everything possible to make us feel welcome and at home; she is an exceptional hostess and her home is beautiful.

The host was very friendly and you could feel at home; there was a good place to store our bikes and the breakfast was very fine. The very quiet setting on the canal and the overall ambience of the house were great.
