From the balcony of the room you could enjoy the sunrise over the Matterhorn. The only drawback was that the station was far away.

The design and furnishings were excellent. There was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was absolutely incredible, featuring an impressive array of regional cheeses each morning—about 5–6 varieties, from Camembert and Parmesan to tasty local hard cheeses. The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a wonderful view. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the ski lift, making it ideal for winter stays. Provided it isn’t after 19:00 (which unfortunately was our case), they also offer a shuttle to the hotel and back to the train station. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Our room (Dom) looked gorgeous with a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the spa, breakfast, furniture quality, and overall comfort were all outstanding. If you’re in Zermatt, you won’t be disappointed by this beautiful hotel. Nothing else to add.
