The reception was friendly and available, but the sheep were too close to the room, and the fan that replaced the air‑conditioning was an issue.

The property is in a great spot, less than 10 minutes from Beauval, close to nature yet fully equipped. Breakfast was excellent, the private parking was safe. Carole and Ousmane greeted us warmly and we made a lovely connection. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, nothing to add.

It was a quiet spot, parking was easy, the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The bedding was great, the room had air conditioning, fresh linens and shower supplies, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It’s close to the Beauval park and shops. The Nordic spa was offered but didn’t work; it only had water with products and lacked privacy. There was no mini fridge in the room, so we had to keep going down the garden to the veranda to get fresh water from the fridge provided, which was inconvenient for taking pills or drinking at night. Breakfast was minimal – a kind of bread, a chocolate mini roll and a mini croissant – all sweet, with no savory options for those who don’t like sugary starts (no ham, sliced or spread cheese, or eggs even though there were chickens).
