The location was great. The staff were not very helpful. The floor in the room was slanted, the carpet smelled bad, and the windows wouldn’t close, letting in cold and noise all night. The bathtub was dirty and damaged.

I stayed in a Deluxe room that was a bit larger than the standard ones, and the central location was convenient. However, the room on Fell Street was noisy and hot, and despite having requested a room on Fillmore Street months earlier, that request was ignored.

The value for money, location, nearby services, and overall quietness were all great. The only downside was that the room was too small for two people.

The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and bus stops, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and good showers. Luggage storage was also convenient. On the flip side, the rooms were very small with no space for luggage, they were hot, and there were no fans. I had to climb three floors with bags.
