Good hotel, truly great for India. Breakfast and overall food were liked, and we dined at the hotel for lunch and dinner. The staff were responsive and courteous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water was barely warm.

Everything was very nice overall, and the cancellation policy was exceptionally flexible—we had three rooms booked but only needed one, and we still only paid for one even though the booking was non‑refundable.

Breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower needed more hot water.

Excellent stay at Sun Ring. The staff were extremely courteous. The shower in the room, for example, did not heat up, but after a complaint a hotel employee promptly fixed the issue. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious, huge, and comfortable. Plenty of bottled water was also available in the room. The location was very good, centrally in Agra. Breakfast was in Indian style, not Western, but it was satisfactory. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a tissue box or some napkins in the room.

The hotel is well maintained and located in a great spot, surrounded by good restaurants and other hotels. Most importantly, the Taj Mahal is just a cab ride away, under 20 minutes. The breakfast spread was very limited and could be improved in quality; we only had Puri that day, with no other options like Roti, Paratha, Dosa, or Uttapam, so a wider variety of Indian breads would be welcome for foreign tourists.
