The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable, but the front entrance was damaged and unusable, and there were no signs directing you to the front desk.
The location and parking were good, but I would recommend calling Orkin for a deep cleaning.
“It was a bad joke. Another hotel chain I won’t book anymore”
I think this stay was a big mistake; the building wasn’t collapsing entirely, but the entrance roof was sagging, giving a bad first impression; the lobby carpet was dirty with a mess behind the desk, plus hairs under the sink and a strange smell in the room; upstairs, kids screamed and jumped until 3 am; breakfasts were okay—there were eggs at least—but the muffins were probably 3–4 days old.
The staff were friendly, yet the whole hotel smelled awful as soon as you stepped in, the room was filthy, and our feet turned black from walking on the carpet.
Getting there was easy, the room was nice, and food was close by, yet the free breakfast wasn’t the best; it was hard to find what you needed, and there was no fresh oatmeal or bananas.
