Great value for the price, a fantastic breakfast, a beautiful hotel with a superb pool and amazing staff; there’s a shuttle to the city almost every hour, and overall it’s truly an excellent hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and we even received a free room upgrade; a shuttle runs to the beach, which is handy because otherwise you’re a bit far to walk anywhere, although the breakfast buffet was just acceptable and not especially tasty.

A lovely resort in a beautiful location away from the centre of Ao Nang. Their regular shuttle service made it very easy to get to the centre whenever we wanted. It was also walkable to the main road with many local shops and a Friday morning market. We loved the room and the balcony with amazing views. No mosquitoes, biting flies, etc! We asked for a chair and an additional luggage rack when we first arrived, and we found the room comfortable, with just about enough storage space. The AC was excellent and so was the shower. The saltwater swimming pool was very attractive and we always managed to get a sunbed. Breakfast was average for a 5 star resort, but it was good enough, with some vegetarian options. We had a dinner at Cooper's and we loved their delicious organic vegan food. I think what makes this hotel special is that the staff really listen to the guests. We had a few requests and all have been accommodated which meant we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at Anana. Highly recommended. Nothing
