The location was great, but the noise level was high, the doors were thin, and you could hear everything in the hallway.

The staff and room were nice, but the dinner was not good; the tomato soup came in a tiny bowl with a lot of pasta and sauce.

The rooms were very quiet and the beds comfortable, and the staff were very helpful; I arrived late at night and the parking near the entrance wasn’t rushed, especially since I was exhausted. In the morning I locked my room card because I was still sleepy, and the front desk lady opened my room without any trouble. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The downside was the very small underground breakfast area, which was uncomfortable. The vending machine in the lobby sells the most expensive water I’ve seen, 0.5 l of some non‑brand water for 10 zł or more. That’s a lot, and the hotel offers pitchers and water, but arriving so late I just wanted to get into bed. I was shocked when I saw how much I paid for that bottle.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and varied, and there was a lockable bike storage. The room was tiny, you could hear a lot from the hallway through the door, there were spider webs in the bathroom, and the kettle had to be taken from the reception.
