The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was spotless, which I really appreciated. In the evening I dined at the hotel’s restaurant where the food was delicious—especially the tandoori momo—and I could also enjoy some craft beer, leaving me very satisfied. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but you can pick anything you like from the menu and have as much as you want, and it’s cooked to order so it’s always fresh.

“Perfect stay with family - great location, food and people!”
The location is central and easy for people of all ages to reach. The building itself is beautiful, and the terrace is a great spot to hang out in the evening while enjoying mountain views. The staff are courteous, well trained, and respond quickly. The food, especially the room service, was very tasty. I would stay here again. The only downside was the bathroom door lock quality; my partner got locked in and the technician took a while to arrive and couldn’t fix it. We managed to open it ourselves, and once the staff knew, they promptly changed the locks the same day. Thanks to them!
The location is good, right next to the bus stand and main market area. The breakfast buffet is poor and doesn’t live up to the standards expected from the ITC chain. The rooms are small, and many of them have balconies that open onto someone else’s house.
