The room was well appointed inside a well presented hotel, clean and comfortable with facilities that exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful, friendly and put guests first, and the daily hospitality items were plentiful, with room checks for any outstanding needs. I liked the coded entry system for the room; the lack of hosting was fine because the system works, and the mornings were made up for by the catering, housekeeping and friendly banter. The breakfast was enjoyable but a bit cramped when two guests tried to get their food from the serving area; still a good semi‑self‑serve idea with cereal, toast and hot food, and drinks were served by kitchen staff. The breakfast room was decent sized, fitting a dozen or so guests, so you just had to take turns getting the items you needed.

Asked for an invoice by email and got no response. Water turned off half way during my shower. No breakfast on offer and no reception

The location is great, but the room was cold and I thought it needed airing; I also smelled a damp odor.
