The location was wonderfully quiet, perfect for couples; there are good local restaurants for those who want to avoid the crowds of Kraków’s market, and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and the room was spotless.

The staff were quite pleasant, but the rooms were rather old and should be cheaper. The hotel was supposed to have a pool, but it was closed. I can’t believe they advertise a pool that isn’t there; I chose this hotel specifically for the pool.

I liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The property is on a road, so car noise was annoying. The intercom is broken; please fix it because if you don’t have a key you can’t get in.

The room matched the photos exactly: large, huge, and comfortable bed, clean in both room and bathroom. The lady at reception was lovely; we were properly informed about opening hours and what to do if we return late (after 10 pm, if I remember correctly). Because the pool is right next to the reception, there’s a faint chlorine smell at the entrance; it wasn’t bothersome but noticeable.
