“Exceptional value, right in the centre of the city.”
The location, price, ground‑floor room, and comfortable bed were all great. I would have liked a grab rail in the shower.

The staff, especially Mark, greeted us warmly, the place was quiet and spotless, and the location was perfect.

The host was very helpful—couldn’t have asked for more. He gave us great advice and clear after‑hours access. Parking was tight, and the property was a little old and had a stale smell in the hallways.

It was close to the city.

The location was superb for the event we were attending. The room was very clean and the bed was particularly comfortable. And Yorkshire Tea is always a bonus!. Minor niggles but the car park is on the small side and the sun did get into the room on the morning as the curtains were away from the window on the rail, which meant we didn't get as much of a lie-in as we would've liked but, again minor niggles
