The only good thing was the shared kitchen, fully stocked and convenient. The hotel sits on a busy road where, during my stay, construction was in progress, causing a massive traffic jam; the map location was wrong, and both of the two taxis that tried to drop us off went to the wrong spot. The traffic was one‑way, so to return we had to turn around far from the hotel. Check‑in was a disaster: the staff, probably an old, slow‑moving grandfather, took about 20 minutes to let us in even though the whole point was to pay and get the key. The receptionist on the phone couldn’t explain where the hotel was relative to the taxi drop‑off or the payment options, and she was rather rude. Wi‑Fi kept dropping. The bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was narrow, and after showering the floor inevitably got wet. Given the high price, the owners should have fixed these issues to make the stay comfortable.

I really liked the room. Everything was clean, neat, and cozy. The receptionist, Sofelia, greeted me with a pleasant smile and helped me settle into my room. Thank you, my first impressions of Yerevan are very pleasant :)
A great spot for the price, super comfortable, feels like home, close to the center, good service and a friendly host.
Cozy, the staff are friendly and responsive!
A cozy house! A pleasant place for guests in Yerevan.
