The location was easily accessible, though the town is small. Floor mopping and cleaning were decent; the lift, TV, hot water, air conditioning, and Wi‑Fi worked. Corridors, bath linen, and bedding were clean. Parking, both covered and uncovered, could fit about 10 to 12 cars. Lizard, spider, and many spider webs and insects appeared after sunset.

The owner Shivu is humble and kind, and he guided me on a few things when I asked; the property meets all the requirements. Nothing to complain about.
Everything was fine, just like staying in our own house.
The geyser was the size of a small water glass, and hot water would not come for more than 10 seconds; I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to heat. The owner charged Rs 200 more than my booking price. The staff—husband and wife—were extremely kind and helpful.
