The property itself is gorgeous, with a nice pool and park. The service was a disaster; the only bright spot was Marius from Norway. Breakfast was a nightmare—there was no continental option. The reception was only sporadically staffed. At dinner we waited two hours for our food, which turned out to be bad.

The hotel is very special and truly beautiful. The service was poor. We were explicitly told that drinks would be brought to the pool, yet we had to wait forever for a half‑cup of beer. The same happened with dinner. The fish was tasty, but we were four and couldn’t eat together. We waited 90 minutes for the first order, and the other two had to wait another 30 minutes. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and didn’t speak English. Breakfast was bad with very little selection.

A beautiful hacienda‑style residence with a courtyard and inner garden, decorated authentically. The setting is calm and green. The breakfast was not diverse enough and needs improvement.
