We loved the smiling, happy staff and the two dogs, Panda and ?. The environment was great and everything at the lodge was conveniently located. We really enjoyed the company of Marydani, Grace, Amy, and Saucie—they are a real asset to Echo Forest Lodge. 100 % recommended. The hard seats could use a few more cushions.

I love that it’s surrounded by nature—that’s why I keep coming back. The only downside was that we shared a wall with our neighbors and could hear everything next door. 😁

The location is quiet and secluded, yet easy to reach the town. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a pool, and massages on site. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool, eating area, and surrounding bushes with birds were nice. However, one of the rooms had bedbugs.

It’s an eco lodge in a rainforest. The toilet and shower are not close enough. The noise from parties all night and the room next door was unbearable. I dozed off for an hour around 4am only to be woken by voices through the wall. By 6pm the noise was loud enough that I gathered some things and left immediately, not returning. The staff lacked prompt customer service.
