The facilities and the attention were excellent. No random beds.

The location only. Reception staff were not aware of the check‑in and check‑out times for the guest.
The customer service was amazing—Malcolm and Nancy were brilliant and made us feel welcome, and breakfast was made to order with no wait times even on busy weekends, plus free snacks and drinks in the evenings; however, the paid parking and the old, dark rooms with too much old carpet were disappointing.

The furniture was not suitable for Hilton standards.
The staff were extremely helpful, but finding the shuttle directions at the airport was a nightmare; I had to call twice and it took almost 45 minutes for someone to pick us up.
