The place was spotless and the front desk staff were friendly, which made checking in easy. Unfortunately the room got uncomfortably hot and the single fan couldn't keep up. I'd suggest adding an air‑conditioner or at least a couple more fans to fix that.

The hosts were super welcoming and the hostel itself was simple yet cozy, plus it was spotless and right next to a bakery, market, ice‑cream shop and a few clothing stores. The downside was the double‑bed mattress – it was really thin – and the room didn’t get much fresh air. Those are the only things that could be improved.

Staff were courteous and the service felt spot‑on, but the check‑in at 2 pm and checkout at noon the next day left us with less than a full day. It would have been nice to be allowed to swing by just for a shower after a long day, especially since we paid for a place to sleep and freshen up. Not being able to do that left a sour taste, especially when other hostels are more flexible.

The location is definitely the highlight – everything’s close by. However, the breakfast was served and the hosts didn’t actually live on the premises, which made the whole experience feel a bit impersonal despite the price we paid.
