The hotel is brand new, and the staff were extremely friendly. All rooms have air conditioning and overlook a small private parking lot. The location is very central, and in the evenings there are several dining options nearby. Breakfast is not offered, but if you leave very early to go to Calakmul you wouldn’t have time for it anyway. Warning: Xpujil is only a few kilometers from the border between Campeche and Quintana Roo, so the phone often switches time zones. Be careful with alarm times in the morning!
