The staff here were amazing, especially the gardener - a little guy who actually got emotional when we checked out. The receptionist was lovely, and the security team had some great guys, plus the laundry and cleaning staff were all really kind. The wifi was also great, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it was a really positive stay.

This place has some great things going for it - the staff are friendly, it's clean, and it's conveniently located near the Ragunan exit gate. Plus, there's plenty of parking space for cars and motorbikes, and the place feels fresh and airy with all the trees around. They also provide free mineral water, which is a nice touch.

The staff here are super helpful and always willing to lend a hand - that's what really made my stay stand out. The place feels like a great spot to settle in for a bit longer, too. No issues to report, really - just a really positive experience all around.
