“Tu estancia familiar en Tamasopo”
It’s a very comfortable and family‑friendly place, perfectly located for trips to places like the Tamasopo waterfalls, Puente de Dios, and the 7 waterfalls. The staff is very kind, the river is right in front, they lend life jackets and kayaks for river trips, and you can also walk from the hotel to the trampoline to swim. The stay was very pleasant.
The rooms were comfortable, everything was spotless, and they let us borrow kayaks to paddle on the river; the staff were attentive and kind. 👍 The pool was large and clean but the water was very cold, so we didn’t use it; the TV didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi never connected, yet overall I liked the place and would come back. 👍
“Hotel en medio del paraíso”
I liked the facilities and the fact that it’s right in front of a beautiful river; crossing the street to find a paradise river was sensational, making the hotel stay totally worth it. I think they should add a photo of the façade to the listing because the entrance is lovely, better than other hotels, and the welcome was warm. The room had two beds, but one mattress was better and more comfortable than the other; they should standardize the mattresses so all are comfy. A bureau was missing between the two beds. I also didn’t like that the kayak activity mentioned had no support or guide; coming from the city I had no water‑sports experience and would have liked to try it, so they could offer activities for different skill levels. Finally, the internet in the room was poor; the signal seems to drop between the walls, so more routers or extenders would help in the far walls.
The location was great, and the staff were very friendly.
The room’s comfort and space were good, and the staff were friendly. The parking area was a bit hard to move luggage in, and it wasn’t a closed or private space, but the place is very quiet.
