The breakfast was excellent, but the towels and bed linens were dirty and overall housekeeping fell short.

The location was good, yet the cleanliness was appalling: the bathroom had a filthy toilet with fecal stains from another guest, the shower had moldy grout, only one stained towel was provided, the mattress had a huge depression at the edge, the pillows were odorous and the sheets were very worn, the rooms faced the corridor with no external windows, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping—overall a terrible stay, rating it 2.0/10.

Everything was perfect, the only downside being that the TV wasn’t smart, so I gave it a perfect 10.0/10.
