I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Angela. She made me feel uncomfortable by repeatedly touching my boyfriend's hand, which I found very disrespectful. On the other hand, one of the wait staff members, Nanaya, stood out for her excellent service and kindness, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to redeem the hotel's poor service.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the customer care at this hotel. The washroom was in darkness, and the shower wasn't functioning, forcing me to use a water bottle to fetch water for my bath. Additionally, the room was infested with cobwebs, and the noise from the neighboring room was excessively loud, making it difficult for me to relax.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were not up to standard, and the noise from neighboring homes was unbearable, with loud conversations and sweeping sounds disturbing me at 4 am. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were also subpar, and the hotel's high prices were not justified by the poor quality of service.
