It is a unique facility over the water that offers Private Huts with small pools, then the building has rooms with balconies over the water with a community pool. Staff is amazing. Everything from the accommodations to the staff (Catherine and Ledesia (sp)) gave a personalized feeling to the stay. Lagoon side so no sargassum. Golf carts driving to your private Huts or the building gave it another touch as well. I went off season and felt able to enjoy without the crowds. I WILL BE BACK !!!!!! U have been warned!! “Decent property but falls short”

Breakfast was delicious, and Front Desk Brittany was very accommodating, even going out of her way to bring us drinks at the pool. The bartender and breakfast chefs were friendly. However, the on‑site restaurant closed early, and the nearest facility was a mile away downtown. Rooms were run down, internet service was poor, and no TV channels were available. Regular rooms were small and lacked a bedside table; bungalow rooms were better. The pool was nice with a small bar, but it closed too early.

“Excellent séjour à San Pedro”

The place is simply gorgeous, just a 2km walk from town but still peaceful above the sea – a solid compromise. You can spot rays and sharks from the room! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is roomy and impeccably clean. Breakfast is decent and good quality; if you want a heartier breakfast, pay the extra. The only drawback was the cold shower water.

The staff were friendly and the views were beautiful. The town and restaurants are within walking distance. The plexiglass floors create a live-action aquarium effect.

“Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa 41”

We stayed in Villa 41, not the overwater huts. Although it doesn’t have a pool, it’s a large house with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, great beds, and good showers. The back faces the water but not the beach, more like an intercostal waterway. We were disappointed because the booking site listed a pool, but the hotel only had a shared one.
