“Avoid MARS Hotel – Dishonest Staff & Poor Experience My stay at MARS Hotel was extremely disappointi”

I booked the MARS Hotel thinking it'd be a decent spot, but boy was I wrong. The food was actually pretty good, and the staff who were actually working were friendly and helpful. However, the whole experience was marred by the dishonesty of the front desk staff, particularly the manager Devesh, who seemed more interested in wasting my time than fixing the problems. We paid extra for a Deluxe room, but ended up with a lower-category one, and the AC in our original room was broken.

This hotel is a gem, and the staff are the reason why. They're friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is top-notch too - I had some of the best meals I've had in a long time. The atmosphere is also really nice, with a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

“Good place, but could be a bit better considering the high price”

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's literally a stone's throw away from the Golden Temple, which was a huge plus for me. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, which is always a bonus. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience - I noticed water leaks in a few of the rooms, and some of the light fixtures were missing. To top it off, the safety deposit box was out of batteries, which wasn't exactly reassuring.

The hotel's staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the minor issues we had with the place. The room was a decent size for the price, but it felt like they'd skimped on some of the basics - like a shower screen and a TV in the living area. We also struggled to get a ride from the hotel because of the narrow street, which made it hard to get around. Still, the staff's kindness and the room's value made it a good choice overall.
