Everything was perfect.
The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable and air‑conditioned.
“とても良かった”
Staying in a high‑grade room made the visit comfortable, the air‑conditioning was just right, and the balcony overlooking the courtyard felt special. Breakfast tasted great, and although it’s the oldest hotel in Valle d’Aosta, there is an elevator to the upper floors that reflects the hotel’s policy, plus it’s close to the square. The only disappointment was that the towel heater didn’t work.
The location was great, the receptionist was very pleasant, and we were accommodated promptly – even before check‑in time. She was helpful with parking advice, and a welcome gift awaited us in the room. The windows blocked street noise wonderfully. The only complaints were the loud bathroom door and missing fly screens on the windows; these are just small details.
“Jedna jediná chybička, a to reštika resp. Letná terasa tohto hotela. 15 minút sme čakali kým nás niekto prišiel obslúžiť”
The hotel was wonderful and we had an excellent stay.
