The pool and facilities were stunning. It was super clean. The food and mixed drinks were pretty bad. I've been to many all-inclusives and I know not to expect too much in terms of food quality but this was a step below those expectations. The drinks were actually awful as were the buffets

“Awful experience!!!!!!! The worst I ever experienced”

Pool. The sink was stopped up in my room, the room phone didn’t dial the front desk, I walked to the front desk several times to request towels that were never delivered. The room was registered for four people, why would there be towels for only two people. Someone cut my daughter’s band off during a massage. This was very suspicious because those room keys were placed securely on our arms. You could only remove them with scissors . I was asked to pay 100 dollars to replace it what a rip off. We got off a boat cruise and security was very rude because there was a language barrier he was screaming at my daughter and approached her after we got off a boat ride about her band, again very suspicious . Out of all the people that got off that boat how was she singled out? This was a terrible experience after spending $3000 this wasn’t worth it. I’m very disappointed and will be complaining to whomever will listen. The staff was very rude and couldn’t understand the English language so I had to use a translation app to speak to the staff. This experience was very unprofessional. I will never visit this resort again
