The spot is right in the heart of Jardim Japão, where I lived for five years, so I know the area well. It’s just a stone’s throw from the Fernão Dias, Dutra and Marginal Tietê highways, and the local shops are plenty and convenient. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout.

When we finally got through to the front desk, Francisca and her team greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome right away. The 24‑hour rate included private parking at no extra charge, and breakfast was delivered to the room exactly when promised. We ran into a hiccup with the bathroom, but they swapped us to another room without delay.
