The large public bath and the breakfast hall were nice, though the high humidity of the country makes me think a dehumidifier in the room would improve things.

The simple breakfast menu was tasty, clean and just right, and the best thing about this hotel was the sauna on the first floor—I’ll definitely keep using it whenever I’m in Hanoi again. The downside was that young children were running wildly in the lobby, mothers just watched, and the hotel staff did nothing, creating a chaotic scene; it was only temporary, but I think the hotel should have gently intervened.
